Dr. Jackqueline Miller

Jackqueline Miller is an accomplished higher education executive, consultant, and organizational strategist whose career reflects a sustained commitment to institutional growth, strategic leadership, and meaningful partnerships. She holds a Doctor of Education and an Executive Master of Nonprofit Leadership, with doctoral research focused on shared governance in university interorganizational partnerships. Her academic foundation also includes a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University.
With more than 15 years of progressive experience in enrollment management, higher education administration, and organizational development, she has held leadership roles at several institutions, including the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, and Seattle University.
Dr. Miller now advises universities, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations on strategic growth, partnership development, and organizational effectiveness. Her leadership is distinguished by strategic vision, analytical rigor, and a practical understanding of how institutions can translate data, relationships, and opportunity into sustainable growth.

Before stepping back into consulting, I held a senior leadership role in higher education where I was accountable for $10.5 million in annual tuition generation. I understand firsthand the weight of being responsible for institutional outcomes without always having the resources, infrastructure, or runway to match. That experience of leading under pressure, making high-stakes decisions, and finding strategic solutions within real constraints is the foundation of everything I bring to my clients.
